Drexel Shuttle Schedules
Drexel University offers free shuttle bus service across its three Philadelphia campuses, as well as temporary transportation assistance for students, faculty and professional staff with mobility disabilities. 
EHRS Service Requests
Submit a Chemical Pick-up Request, Chemical Inventory Form, Laboratory Census Form, Infectious Waste Containers Request, Infectious Waste Pick-up Request, or Training Request.

2 of 4 elevators out of service Location Academic Bldg (55) The two main passenger elevators in Academic Building (55) are out of service. Several repair attempts to elevator 1 have failed and now components of elevator 2 have failed. Both elevators have operated beyond their useful life and replacement parts are no longer available. All components of both elevators need to be replaced which will take several months due to lead times on the components as well as the time it takes to perform the replacements. During this time, the small passenger elevator to the left of the main elevators, as well as the freight elevator towards the back of the building, will remain operational. Thank you for your patience during this extended replacement.

Academic Masonry Facade Repair Project Location Exterior of the Academic Building all elevations. P. Agnes Co. along with Mara Restoration will be making masonry repairs to the exterior of the building utilizing scaffolding on the south and west sides of the building and swing scaffold on the north and east sides of the building. There will be necessary overhead protection around the outside of the building at all times.

GSB Parking Garage restoration project Location 34th & Market A, B & C levels Repairs, restoration and new surface coating will be begin on Monday 6/16/2025. During this time there will be no parking on A,B & C levels expect delays getting in and out of the garage. Please park on D, E & F levels.

Scheduled power outage (2 of 2) Location Several buildings served by the Stratton switchgear UPDATE: This planned electrical outage for Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building, Stratton Hall, and Disque Hall, will be rescheduled for August, date TBD. Outage 1 of 2 will proceed on 6/17 for Korman, MacAlister, Creese, Mandell Theater, Gerri LeBow Hall, Pearlstein, and Kelly Hall. -----Original Post-----RCR will be updating the firmware on the Stratton switchgear. Electrical shutdowns will occur for the Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building, Stratton Hall, and Disque Hall buildings for a 1-hour duration per building. The emergency generators will operate during the shutdown.

Fire Alarm Inspection & Testing Location University City Campus Our contracted Fire Alarm Company (BFPE) will be on site from 7AM to 3PM to complete annual certification of the fire alarm system in the following buildings: 19- Kelly Hall (6/23/25) 20-Bentley Hall (6/24/25) 17-Van Ren Hall (6/25/25) 22-Towers Hall (6/26/25) 24-North Hall (6/27/27) 31-Millennium Hall (6/30/24 – 7/2/25) July 4th break 13-Nesbitt Hall (7/7/25) 26-Caneris Hall (7/7/25) 29-Race Hall (7/8/25) Access to all areas will be necessary to inspect fire alarm devices throughout the building. The notification/audible system (horns/speakers and strobes) will also need to be activated and tested. Thank you for your cooperation
